You can organize by name of disease or icd-10 code (useless) but not by body system. WIK-EM provides a similar service for $5.99. I really expected more paying $100 for this app. Additionally, important and easy diseases are missing while esoteric ones are on here. It is very picky with the search function. For example, typing kidney stone, nephrolithiasis provides nothing in the search function. You have to type renal stone to find your answer. Very poorly designed. An option to organize the diseases by system would be helpful.
