Buona ma migliorabile
Buona per fare i tempo giusti dellesercizio. Sarebbe meglio avere la tabella in minuti( magari con griglia di 10 in 10 minuti). Quella attuale sulla base di una ora sembra errata ( al cronometro faccio 20 minuti e non da un quinto di ora...). Visto il costo vale la pena... Ps e meglio esercitarsi ogni due giorni e non ogni giorno come consigliano. I muscoli hanno anche bisogno di riposo

I like the quick workouts I do once in the morning and once in the evening. I wish there were more ab exercise added in the future version
