Great for kids!!!
I only let my kids use the iPad for educational apps such as this. They will be excited to explore the globe and it will help them grasp the concept of this rock on which we live. The pictures around the globe offer a quick note as to their significance. However, they do not state the city and country in which that description represents. Instead you are forced the Wikipedia quick link to read more about the topic. The app that is very similar to Google Earth is kind of annoying when navigating. It doesnt seem to stop spinning!
