一個字"爛"
更新超慢，對軟體支援毫無用心

上一期發票 101年 11月 12月 的發票 我大概在一月底的時候對 打開軟體 按下更新 顯示出更新完成 原本是 7/8月 9/10月 更新以後理所當然變成 9/10月 11/12月 我就直接開始對了 結果前幾天要去換發票 換得時候被櫃台退回 跟我說這張沒有中 我馬上用軟體查 沒錯阿 11/12月的號碼 我有中阿 之後看一下...我無言 這軟體(11/12月)起初的資料根本是錯的 他給的那張圖是100年的資料(也就是我看到的) 我再更新一次以後 11/12月的按鈕 沒有變!!! 但是裡面變成101年的資料(正確的) 然後我發票也都丟了 所以也不用對了 沒想到作者可以誤植成整整一年前的資料 我真的服了這作者 再也不敢用了
