為提供便利的自行車路線查詢工具，「高雄單車地圖」APP提供多種即時應用服務，讓民眾透過智慧型行動裝置，運用GPS定位，取得高雄市自行車路線與周邊服務據點之資訊，並結合本市公共腳踏車租賃站位置資訊、手機拍照分享、軌跡記錄分享等功能，讓民眾輕鬆享受單車活動與分享踩風樂趣。
功能說明：
工務消息：提供工務局對外發布的最新消息
我的位置：可顯示目前位置、租賃站位置、單車尚餘空位、單車目前數量等。
建議路線：提供特定景點的單車路線，例如西臨港線自行車道、愛河自行車道、旗津環島自行車道、金橙雙湖自行車路線等，並說明該路線的預計行車時間、起訖點、預估長度與沿途風景。在點選地圖後，可於線上地圖查詢車道路線並接收GPS訊號做位置定位。
路網類型：提供海港型、山林型、河湖型、田野型、都會通勤型等建議單車路線及相關資訊。
軌跡紀錄：可記錄騎乘單車的軌跡及計算消耗的熱量，並可將沿途風景拍照，於facebook及twitter分享您的單車軌跡及精彩照片。
免責聲明：
長時間使用GPS定位服務於背景執行，將會減少電池使用時間。
