Recent updates to help you better understand your eating patterns and stay consistent with your journaling:

** Option to hide On-/Off-path **
Some of you are absolutely loving the whole On-/Off-path concept, while others are not a big fan of it. So we added the ability to completely hide it in Settings, if its not your thing. (Just like we did with Fasting!)

**New Interactive charts**
Now you can simply tap SEE DETAILS under the 10-Day Overview charts to view meals linked to each meal Q&A choice. This works with both default and custom Q&As.

**New Path view**
Bigger meal images, more visual Movement entries, dynamic Reflections.

**New Day view**
This new calendar style view enables you to see multiple days at a time, tap on any of the meals or other entries to see the details. Tap on the day to see the Day recap view. Share it with friends if you like! Journaling has never been this easy and fun!

**New Jump to Date feature**
Quickly jump to any date in your journal. Works on both the "Path View" and the brand new calendar "Day View". (Just tap on the small calendar icon on the Path page.)

You now have a brand new way to look back and reflect on your previous meals and journal entries!
