Im a runner. Super cool design features like drag and drop your daily activities and an interactive rating system. Then it tabulates your results over time to show where you stand, mentally. "Reports" is super cool looking. Very simple to use. I look forward to the results. Been waiting to target getting my "head in the game"for for a long time.

Suggestions
Im a lacrosse player who always needs to stay focused on training during the off-season. The app could use a wider variety of questions asked each day, as well as more motivational advice (they really do help), and also perhaps a way to set goals. Otherwise its a great app to help me be aware of my training frequency.

I cant seem to find a good use for this app? Its extremely basic and provides little to no value to my workout routine. If I wanted to assign my overall satisfaction to every workout... Wait, who even wants to do that? Props to the UI designer, it looks very nice / deceivingly useful. Save your dollars. Dont bother.
