HOW DOES IT WORK?
- BACKUP ALL CONTACTS
By selecting "Backup all contacts", the application will convert all your contacts (including all associated information) in one unique handy file.
Once finished, you can choose whether to send the file: to your mail, your DropBox folder or icloud.
- BACKUP SINGLE GROUP
Clicking this button you can choose which group of contacts you want to backup.
This feature requires the presence of groups on the address book of your iPhone.
After selecting the target group and completed the gathering of information, you can choose whether to send the file: to your mail, your DropBox folder or icloud.
- LATEST BACKUP
With this function you can get a list of all the latest backup that you made using this application.
- OPTIONS
Within the options button you can choose how to customize the application. Among the settings you will find the ability to export files in VCF or CSV, and you can choose to receive (and how often) notifications that will help you constantly run backup copies of your book.
HOW TO RESTORE THE CONTACTS FROM A BACKUP?
This operation is extremely easy!
Just click the vcf file you previously created using the application (for example, you can find it in your inbox if you use saving email option) and select one or more contacts in the file. iPhone does the rest, allowing you to add and to care about your new contacts.
This function is available only for VCF files. If you prefere to export your backup using CSV format, take a look on the web... you can find a lot of CSV TO VCF converter.
