I was going to Belize when I bought this guide. It looked good on the surface but inside it has almost no real information and is poorly executed. For instance the same paragraphs are repeated making a section look like it has a lot of information, when in fact is contains one paragraph. It does list many sites and places to visit, but little information on how to get there or insider details like: you catch the boat to Lamanai at the toll bridge 5 miles south of Orange Walk. The maps were not accurate. The Spit at Caye Caulker, where you go to swim, is shown way out in the ocean on the map. The guide looks like it was hastily thrown together, never checked, and has not bee updated to correct the many flaws. I was very disappointed.
