Bigfoot Bites started as a food truck with food names that only a cryptozoologist could appreciate.
Names like the Shapeshifter, Bigfoot Burger, Mummy Dog and Loch Ness Monster Plate headlined our menu.
We very quickly became known for our enormous portions and frybread eats. Our frybread tacos and desserts set us apart from other food trucks in Oregon.
Our secret? Fresh, handmade Navajo frybread dough, hand pressed, fresh, never frozen beef patties, specially seasoned tater tots and 2 creative minds.
Our burgers are second to none. Exploding with the real beef flavor you experience at home and accented with the perfect amount of seasoning to make you walk away with a smile on your face and a box full of food you couldnt finish!
Turns out we also like people! Were not making these delicious, one-of-a-kind burger creations to not share them with our human species brethren. We hope to share them with you.
