Bodyweight training can be used effectively to strengthen the core muscles with the addition of speed or unstable surfaces (such as a stability ball) as well as exercise variations that limit the motion (such as extra wide push-ups or wide pull-ups).

Hab endlich eine schöne und umfangreiche App für meinen Bauch gefunden. Mache das Workout nun täglich und langsam sehe ich schon, dass mein Bauch an Form annimmt. Besonders gut finde ich, dass die Workouts nicht ewig dauern (15-20min). Die Ernährungstipps sind ein kleiner Bonus auf die super Workouts. So bin ich gut gewappnet für den Sommer :)
