BMI Plus is a full fledged calculator at your finger tips which provides you useful and quick health and fitness related information and calculations.
When you start, it asks you to provide your details, ie, height, weight and your preferences ie US or Metric System and your gender. These are used as default values in the various calculators, but on every calculator option, you can change it to suit your needs (for eg. for a friend or a family member).
Included are:
Body Mass Index Calculator (Standard BMI calculations)
Body Mass Index WishList: Wish a BMI value and the app tells you the weight you need to maintain to achieve the BMI.
Healthy Weight calculator : Tells you the high and low ranges based on your height. (US Dept of Health and Human Services)
Ideal Weight calculator: What your ideal weight should be. (Peoples Choice formula)
All the calculations are done for you using your weight, height, gender, age. A very simple and easy to use app which remembers your settings and provides you all the health and fitness numbers you need.
