I am going to give yall my testimony on this product. I am a big procrastinator. As I got older it got worse! With all the irons I had on the fire I felt overwhelmed. So I felt that I was in a dark place and I didnt want to do anything. Ive been forever buying hypnosis tapes, videos, etc... This is the first app that really works on me! The first time I played this app, I listened to it while I was awake. I like to do this so I can visualize what is expected of me. I have been listening to it for 2 or 3 weeks. I am totally blown away by how I feel. I dont mind doing things now. Before I didnt want to do anything! Now I feel calm and I have more energy.
This really works! Using it to overcome an 8 year addiction!
This really works! I use this as an aid to help me overcome addiction along with other solutions. Personally, I feel that I can get by well by only using the Free Version of the app because the basic difference is not being able to loop the hypnosis track, enable the booster that is a little bit more of some hypnotic effect that already works for me anyway, you can disable a feature that wakes you up at the end, and also more background noises. It was my first experience ever using hypnosis and it was very useful and relaxing. On my Sleep Cycle app, it showed me that I got a 99% on my sleep quality, which Ive never had before as a rating! I woke up more empowered to do better ads with confidence that success to overcome is in my reach.
