Great Training
using calistix with 10 days and yes......its Working. Doing about 15 workouts every Second day and now i got that "Sweet Pain" we all Love. All muscle groups are Shown on display, so i know exactly what im Moving. Its explained very Easy and the motivating Background Music Does the Rest. All in One, a Great Training App.!!!

, aber eine Anbindung für einen Pulsgurt zur Vitalüberwachung mit Kalorienverbrauch wäre ne Ansage!!!
Echt gut!!
Die Investition in die Vollversion hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Viele Übungen und abwechslungsreiche Workouts, auch die Stimme sehr angenehm. Einzig die Pausen dürften ruhig etwas länger sein, bei einem 10 min Training kommt man echt ins Schwitzen. Die 5 Sterne gibts auch, da ich Anfangs ein Problem mit meinen Einstellungen hatte und der Support echt klasse reagiert hat. Alles in Allem, Danke Jungs.

Ich war lange auf der suche nach so einer ausführlichen app mit vielen verschiedenen workouts. Ich kann sie nur sehr empfehlen. Ich bin froh die gefunden zu haben ;-)
Empfehlenswert
Tolle app, mit der man wirklich leicht und ohne zusatzgeräte seine muskeln aus dem dornröschenschlaf holen kann. Die übungen werden gut erklärt, die einheiten sind abwechslungsreich. Die statistiken sind sehr übersichtlich und zeigen die fortschritte deutlich. Toll wäre, wenn die motivation etwas abwechslungsreicher wäre.
