Well this little app can get the job done imagine manual focus on your iPhone!! It just works very well and it takers amazing pictures as well, I downloaded a 25 minute video to my computer and we watched it in absolute hd amazement! I would definitely recommend the cup of coffee for this app, thanks and the only suggestion Id make is social integration Im sure its coming soon

Great alternative, works amazing
Needs updating
The interface is very clean, but it doesnt really provide much over the Apple camera app. You still have to have an object in frame to focus on, and you cannot zoom the image. You could focus on something else first then reframe, but the lack of zoom is a problem for me. Ideally there would be a slider to manually focus, like in some camera apps, but this may be limited in video by Apples interface.

Manual Focus Lie.
I bought this app for one reason, and one reason only: it claimed to bring manual focus to iPhone video recording. This is a blatant lie, the so called manual focus is the exact same thing as touching the screen in the default iphone video app, they just added a button for it. You go, camcorder x, you go.
works AMAZINGLY great!
it really works very easily and looks perfectly macro , for $2! maybe a bit enthusiastic but its the truth. i have waited my life for a convenient and hq enough macro digicam, and its my phone too! just find a WELL LIT and small subject and u can hold the lens 3 - 4" away and single tap the screen on the subject, it will hold that focus just right! use good lighting damit...i was clicking away with awesome yellow leaves up close and blue sky and distant blurry background foliage, looks good huh?
Simply does not work
Program launches, then immediately quits on my iPhone4S. Same on my iPad mini. Perhaps its not compatible with latest iOS update.
