This is a toy.
The description looked interesting enough to gamble away 1.99, but ultimately I lost. Perhaps it is a function of the filters being applied beforehand, but the photos that result from this are of very low resolution (0.4 MP on my iPhone 4S). There are no options to change the size of the saved image—indeed there are no setting options at all, other than the handful of filters. Deleted.
