What a great tool. The CBT App is easy to understand and effective to use. It provides succinct and accurate info about the main elements of cognitive behavioral therapy. The exercises are research-based techniques for helping one overcome mental health difficulties by changing thoughts and associated behaviors. Practitioners recommend that exercises like these be completed throughout the day. This app offers a discrete way to do just that. Highly recommended.
