Barely know what charcuterie was before getting this app - now I feel like I know what all the excitements about around this topic. Having a party next week planned around a charcuterie platter. Plan to try about a dozen that sounded good to me.

Perfect App For Oktoberfest

This month my mind turns to Oktoberfest and along with it to beer and sausages. This app does a great job of covering sausages as well as many other forms of charcuterie. Great app to get you started in charcuterie and the unique flavors it brings to the table.

The "cure" to all my meat needs!

I still might not know how to properly pronounce charcuterie, but now I at least know a lot about cured meats with this app. I can order and plan a charcuterie platter with confidence now, as this app lets me know all I need to know on the different cured meats.

A great starter app

I think one of the key reasons I wanted to rate this is because it provided me with a solid introduction on cured meats; something I wasnt really familiar with before. This app have me a strong overview, and showed me the differences between the different versions of meat. Im looking forward to using this to expand my knowledge. Woo Hoo bacon!

Loads of info

Info, color pictures, and a great intro guide to this growing love America will have for whole hog cooking.

This is a rip off

I guess I didnt read this ad carefully. As I thought there were recipes included. There are no recipes included, just descriptions which you can see free from their web site!
