Major defect - the app requires you get a Verification Code every time it is used and not just upon initial setup. It does not remember being previously authorized. Even worse, it breaks the regular Chase app. Now I need to get a Verification Code each time I open the regular Chase app. Completely unacceptable. I have tried many times with different permutations of setting up and logging out, enabling Touch ID, deleting and reinstalling, etc. I will stop using my Chase accounts until this is corrected as I dont have the time to go through this annoying time consuming procedure each time I want to view my account.

This app is a very quick and easy app to get your available rewards from your credit card. The app is pretty and works great.
Looks Pretty But Lacks Functionality
Runs smoother with latest update. Yet still has trouble being functional. Redeeming isnt as practical as its portrayed.

Never worked
Unlike another credit card companies I never could log in. Chase Customer service was fast, but probably people in China (according to the accent), never could fix the problem. They never knew what the problem was. A shame for a company like Chase. They should learn from Capital One, that app works with no problems.
