Install the app in your iPhone and iPad (pay just once), or any iOS device with your iCloud account, and all your clients info will automatically sync between the devices.
Go to Settings, iCloud and check if the option to sync documents and data is active.
Add appointments with your clients that will sync with your apples device calendar/agenda.
When an appointment is added, you have the choice of whether or not you would like a notification reminder.
