App gut. Support, gibt es nicht!!! Habe die App letztes Jahr auf Lebenszeit gekauft. Nach Update! auf einmal Version 2? Daten alle weg!!! Nach erneutes laden dieser Version 1 und dem Versuch in der App "Käufe wieder herstellen"... Sieht vielversprechend aus, aber geht nach einer Stunde und mehreren versuchen immer noch nicht... Fazit! Keine Möglichkeit an seine gekaufte App wieder ran zu kommen! Also... BETRUG!.....
Grundsätzlich super, aber...
Zum Abnehmen ist die App super. Habe jetzt 5 kg geschafft. Aber die Suche stürzt jetzt ständig ab, bitte behebt das! Und nachdem einfach auf Version zwei geupdatet wurde (die gefiel mir nicht so gut!) musste ich von vorne starten!
Nach dem Update...
... gefällt mir die App rein gar nicht mehr und die für mich essentiellen Funktionen sind einfach verschwunden. Haben über iTunes die Vorgängerversion wieder installiert. Leider lassen sich meine In-App Käufe nicht wiederherstellen was mich ungehalten macht. Über den App-Support findet man nur eine Telefonnummer die auf einem toten AB landet. Bin gespannt ob auf meine E-Mail reagiert wird... An sich eine super App, leider aber eine Servicewüste beim Anbieter. Und warum man Apps mit Updates so massiv verändern muss verstehe ich ohnehin nicht. Sollte es nicht möglich sein die in App-Käufe in der alten Version zu nutzen wird die App für mich nutzlos und ich möchte dann auch gern mein Geld anteilig zurück haben für dem noch ausstehenden Zeitraum.
