You a need discreet app that can just record based on a swipe of your finger, tap on the microphone of your smartphone and just base on a loud sound. Video recording will leverage the autofocus and all the great stuff that Apple brings to your smartphone.

A list of authorities contact details are also listed in Complain lah@SG but you must click send. The main motivation is for positive social change. The author has zero tolerance for people smoking cigarettes at the void decks when there is a regulation to ban cigarette smoking. The author is positive that other users in Singapore has other grievances that they wished that they could surface.
