Description
Contacts Hero helps you backup your contacts externally, keeping your data safe and available everywhere. You can also use Contacts Hero to transfer contacts from a device to another one. An internet connection is required to transfer data, this can be done over a wifi network or 3G.
Usage:
* First time
- When you launch the app for the first time it will notify you that you havent configured it yet, and it will show you the configuration panel.
- Click "Register for free" to create an account if you dont have one, or enter your credentials in the appropriate fields.
- Click "Done" when you finish
* Backup contacts
- Nothing fancy, simply click the backup button.
* Restore contacts
- Select one of restoration options:
- Add: will add your saved contacts as new entries
- Replace: please be careful when using this option, this will clear your address book before importing your contacts. This option is useful because it will make sure you have no duplicates.
- Merge: the app will try to find existing entries in your address book and replace them by ones from your backup, or add new entries if nothing was found.
- Click the restore button
