I love Glenns self-Hypnosis tracks! Ive purchased about 10 of his programs so far and love them! I use them everyday! They do make a positive difference in my life and I intend to use them forever!

I cannot recommend Glenn Harrold enough. This session is fantastic. I have severe, longstanding, and frustrating insomnia and have tried everything I can get my hands on for some relief. This particular session seems to give me the most consistent results, and although I am not "cured", I have definitely felt an improvement, especially when *I* am consistent about utilizing it, which is certainly a huge part of the equation! Very affordable, and definitely worth a try!
Great way to relax and sleep well.
I listen to Detox Your Life most evenings as I go to sleep. When I wake the next morning (as this session does not wake you at the end) I feel very well rested, positive and energetic. Detox has made a very big difference in my ability to deal with stress and take on the issues in my life in a positive way. Im more successful in dealing with people and rarely feel overwhelmed by anxiety like I used to. Also, I require less sleep and wake up feeling great. Before this, I had no experience with hypnosis. Glenn makes it easy and enjoyable to learn to let yourself drift into a deep trance. Its not all all "scary". On the contrary, its relaxing and empowering. It will take a few sessions to get it but once you do it gets easier and easier and the results just get better.

Dont spend the money, it wont even open. I have paid for this twice now. It used to work before the update.
