DiDa Taxi Report Hong Kong was created with the aim of improving the quality of service of Hong Kong taxis by allowing users a streamlined channel of submitting a taxi complaint to government authorities.
We are taking a stand against the increasing trend of non compliant taxis that are refusing service to hirers by giving users an easy way of reporting their grievances. By providing a non time consuming way of reporting and with your supoort to proliferate the user base of this app, we expect to improve the service of taxis by keeping them in line with regulations.
