It is a tool for those following or not following this diet to understand how to relate everyday food with their own blood type.
With this App you can verify yourself which is the relationship between blood and nutrition; it will allow you to consult everywhere the list of many blood type-related food which you can find on your dining table, at the restaurant, at the pub, and in any place away from home.
The different food items are divided into several groups, such as “meat”, “fish”, “legumes”, “vegetables”, “milk and milk products”, ecc. and classified into three further subgroups: Beneficial, Neutral, Advised against.
