I purchased a 1 year subscriptIon and the magazines downloaded into my newstand app were blank without any content. Seems there is a bad glitch within the app, maybe just for Canadian users?

App is blank
Crash at launch
App will not even open. Continually crashes at splash screen. Deleted and reinstalled several times to same result. The magazine is great and I would really like to read the issues I PAID FOR!!!
Have to pay for digital edition too?!
I already have the print edition. Why do I need to pay again for digital access?
Purchase two issues
