Jadore courir quelques fois par semaine juste pour garder la forme. Jai essayé plein dapplis et celle-ci est la seule que jutilise désormais. Ce que je préfers cest que ma musique sadapte au rythme de course. Les petits commentaires aussi, aident à faire passer le temps. Cette appli sort du lot!

A great tool
Since starting this program my speed and stamina have increased drastically. So much so that even my soccer teammates have commented on both. Ive only used the defaults settings so far and I am amazed at how quickly I have improved overall. Love Jeffs encouragement and tips because he sounds kindly and makes me want to keep using this app.
