- You can turn on Other Names. This adds two fields to your release: Stage Name and All Other Names. Use this to help collect required 2257 information for your models and performers.
- You can turn on Compensation. This adds two fields to your release: Amount and Tax ID.
► Custom Fields
If the built-in fields are not enough, you can now add custom fields.

Voilà une application bien réalisée ! Vous promenez vous avec des autorisations papiers dans vos poches ? Moi jamais! Alors cette appli est pour vous,vous réalisez une photo dans la rue vous pensez que cette dernière a du potentiel dans un concours ou simplement la diffuser sur un site de partage photos et hop vous remplissez le formulaire ce ne prends que quelques secondes vous faites signer et cest gagner,franchement bien penser et super pratique merci au développeurs.

Je ne membarrasse plus avec du papier maintenant ! Extrêmement pratique et rapide à mettre en place. Par contre il faut ruser un peu pour pouvoir mettre des champs vraiment personnalisables.
Super pour les photographes !!!!
Tellement pratique, il ne manque plus que lextraction des infos via vCard pour les insérer directement dans mon carnet dadresse

App très pro, manque quelques options, peut être a venir ?!? Tel que limport-export des modèles de contrats. Et des contrat déjà fait. Une édition des contrats sur ordinateur via un cloud. Ou encore une possibilité doption sur les contrats... Bref hormis cela cest une app tres utile et tres pro
