non sono soddisfatto dellacquisto, sono più le parole che non ho trovato. si presta solo per testi semplici e pretese semplici. ad ora non ho trovato traduzione di frasi fatte o modi di dire, o termini o avverbi combinati. pochissime varianti di traduzione. lunico aspetto positivo per cui dare una stella in più è lopzione "offline" ma prezzo eccessivo, se costasse € 0,79 come altri sarebbe diverso.
Robusto e facile (Robust and Easy)
I wanted something easy to use for my upcoming trip to Italy. This has more than enough common words and a lot of uncommon ones as well; you can jump to any word by clicking on it; for example, the word "run" in English has 5 nouns and 4 verbs in Italian, which you can then click on to find out more. Only 3 gripes that Ive run across so far: 1: no back button, but the history button is almost as good. 2: on words with many meanings, although there may be 5 or 6 Italian words to choose from, there is no way of knowing which is the correct one youre looking for without clicking on it. My standalone Spanish translator has descriptions by each synonym (for example "run a race" or "run for office", etc.), but then again, my Spanish translator is $50. 3: some words have audio pronunciations, indicated by a little sound icon, which is nice, but it was difficult at first to click on the sound buttons; almost everything I was trying would take me to the word instead, until I figured out you can only touch the sound icon for a millisecond to do the sound instead of taking you to the word; now it works about 8 times out of 10, but it would be nice to have some instructions to that effect rather than finding it out by trial and error. All in all, not a bad piece of software for a reasonable price, IMO.
