You can also change the voice type from female to male. It also allows the user to change voice volume and reading speed in settings.
Network is required for any translation. However the voice support is built in the application.

Great translator with voice
Удобная программа
Все работает . Пишешь слово, нажимаешь перевод и дальше говорит женским голосом. Настроек очень мало. Перевод качественный. Удобна в путешествиях.
Работает только с короткими предложениями
Переводит только короткие куски текста, 2-3 предложения и то не очень длинных. Если вставить абзац или кусок текста, перевод не делает ( выдает кусок на русском языке без перевода). Если обрезать до 2 предложений, то переводит. Качество перевода сносное, примерно как у Гугла. Хотелось бы чтобы разработчики исправили баг, связанный с ограничением по кол-ву текта.
