I was skeptical but decided to try this app for fun and it was totally worth the money! This disc relaxes me sooo well. I actually fall asleep while listening! Or I fall asleep right after! ( and I usually take hours to fall asleep!) I also have been more motivated to exercise since listening to this. But most of all I can finally fall asleep again! Amazing! :) 5 stars of course! Holy mother of awesomeness!
After seeing results with Glens weight loss hypnosis I gave this a shot. Two weeks later Im running 4 days a week after 12 hour work days!

Ive purchased a few hypnosis sessions from different people but this is THE BEST ONE! This guy is fantastic and I feel amazing! Well worth it

I love Glenns self-Hypnosis tracks! Ive purchased about 10 of his programs so far and love them! I use them everyday! They do make a positive difference in my life and I intend to use them forever!
No sound
The sound does not play at all for this app. Hopefully they fix it soon. If not I want a refund!
