Need the distance to use Eye chart please!!

This app looks great. The only problem is the app doesnt state what distance its eye chart should be used at. Does anyone know the distance for this chart?

Distance options needed
This app was great but the snellen chart is for use at 20ft- my ER exam room isnt that big and Im not going to wheel my 82 year old, 350 lb amputee out into the hall for an eye exam! Please add a 4ft or 6ft option for assessing visual acuity.
