Fun, the computer isnt overpowered, and music is nice, graphics look great, the only problem I gave is that sometimes it is difficult to pull of multiple jumps. But this rarely happens.

Fantastic Checkers is a great version of this traditional board game. It has beautiful graphics, nice background music and a nicely tuned AI with multiple levels of play for fun at any level. There is also a two player mode so you can play against a friend. If you are a fan of checkers (draughts) you will love this game.

The game starts on an 8x8 board with 12 pieces on each side. These pieces may only initially move and capture diagonally forwards. Only when a piece is "crowned" or "kinged" may it move both backwards or forwards. The opponents pieces are captured by jumping over them. A player wins by capturing all of the opposing players pieces, or by leaving the opposing player with no legal moves.

The touch screen does not work properly. Dont waste your time and money
Ok...
I still have a little of a hard time controlling the pieces and pulling off multiple jumps. But its still good.
Oh boy...
Controls need a quite some work, ex. When you can only make a certain move. Can get other games for 99 cents. But I did grow up loving checkers so it does have some value.

Needs gamecenter if you can put openfient you can put it in. I would add another star if it was there
