The app needs to be open on your phone at all times, and the device connected, otherwise it LOUDLY beeps until reconnected. This is not what I had in mind for finding my keys. I’m worried I just downloaded a virus, or that they’re using this app for data mining. Why else would I need to connect my camera, microphone, and map just to get this stupid thing to beep when I lose my keys? Great idea, awful product. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

Just another piece of junk!!
I downloaded the app according to user instructions and had the iTag next to the iPhone. Waited for iTag to connect to the Bluetooth, reset it several times, but never got a connection! Nothing works, a piece of junk!! Waste of my money and time.

I thought this device would allow you to locate items within a much farther distance. Mine kept disconnecting within less than 50 feet. Find my luggage? When is my luggage lost within fifty feet of me. This device is only good to find a set of keys you might have lost in the next room of your house. The map function gives you the sense that you could track your lost dog through the neighborhood but the device will disconnect by the time your pet gets to the end of the driveway. Waste of money and could have been a very good product.
Fraud False Advertising
There is no map function to show you where your keys are located. This is total false advertising and a sham. The only thing this product does is activate a slight beep on the small remote devices. Seriously, you’re gonna put one of these on your dog and walk around until you can hear a slight beeping if you are within the short Bluetooth range?? As if that would help you find your dog LOL Spear or me. What a joke.
Itek track & find
What is charge? It’s trying to break into my home WiFi. I received 9 notifications from my security software. I went to a Second hand store and it tried to access their square reader credit card machine. What’s going on here ? App deleted, “anti theft” tiles taken back to Home Depot. Looks like I’ve discovered a thief.

Instructions are awful. Looks like they were written by a non-English speaking grade school kid. I’m about ready to trash it.
