Excellente application

C’est désormais la seule application d’OCR que j’utilise. Je la trouve facile d’utilisation et elle donne, éventuellement en plusieurs langues, des résultats remarquables. Un seul bémol, qui explique que je ne lui ai pas mis 5 étoiles : elle est très longue à charger et quelquefois elle a du mal à détecter un scanner en wifi. Il faut alors la fermer puis la rouvrir (patience…) car une fois lancée, si on allume le scanner après elle, elle est incapable de le trouver et ne sait apparemment pas le chercher. Si ce défaut est corrigé, je lui donnerai sa cinquième étoile.

La mise à jour sur El Capitan apporte de la fluidité et résout les problèmes signalés. Excellent produit, très efficace et précis, interface conviviale. On se familiarise rapidement avec les fonctions du produit. Cela convient très bien à mes opérations d’archivage en volume. Important gain de temps pour moi. Le support est très réactif et répond rapidement.

Déçu pour un OCR « Pro » !...

Transfer des documents très fastidieux et peut performent pour les résultats prétendus par le concepteur : les « Polices sont souvent illisible et par endroits manquante. De 10 à 30 % d’une page de texte transférer en format Word son à retaper et à corriger manuellement ! Beaucoup d’imperfections sur le rendu d’un transfert surtout avec les images ou les photos. Le service technique est pratiquement injoignable et très difficile d’axer, les résolutions des problèmes sont freinais par un labyrinthe de liens ! Malgré toutes les directives du concepteur de l’OCR, ce logiciel que jais acheter, ne fonctionne toujours pas !...

Die App ist alles andere als selbsterklärend und stürzt ständig (!) ab, teilweise friert sie einfach ein und lässt sich nur „gewaltsam“ beenden…… hier sind offenbar behaupteter Anspruch und Wirklichkeit meilenweit auseinander. Wenn man bedenkt, dass es das letzte Update schon vor etlichen Monaten gab….
