If you see problem, beginning the “fix” isas easy as entering your concern into the system. Once you drop a marker on the map,answer a few simple questions and possibly add a photo, you it will automatically bereported to the proper department to be assigned and fixed. We will let you know thatwe’ve received your concern and give you updates on the progress toward getting itfixed, as well as letting you know when the issue is resolved. This mobile applicationis ideal for everyday problems like graffiti, street and lawn maintenance, damaged treesand garbage collection. Residents can track the status of reports they or otherscommunity have submitted – and learn when they are resolved.
