Flymap for IPhone and IPad has the following features:
Moving map. All installed maps are moving smooth and detailed over the bright display.
Use the original aviation maps like the ICAO- or Flymap IntelliMaps. These maps can be obtained from the In-App store or from the aviation stores.
Zooming of all maps is lightning fast and the display is always brilliant.
Pan the map with a slide of your finger.
Goto navigation. Simple and intuitive flight planning direct on the map with your finger.
Course up display. Smooth map rotation.
Airspace display and airspace warning with smart altitude selection.
Flight planning directly on the map or with the comprehensive airfield database containing all official airfields and many micro light and glider fields.
Approach charts. Fly the traffic circuit direct on the approach chart. (Optional feature, where available)
Next airfield functionality. For your safety.
Flightlog. Flymap records your take off and landing time, the airfield and your airtime. Display your logged track on the map.
