After buying your product and paying so much i dont think it is right for you to be sending me advertisements for products and services via the interface to control the hardware i purchased. Im really turned off by this and will be avoiding your products in the future. You should be incorporating better quality if life changes and updates, not advertisements. Really disappointing.

Now the Apple watchOS isn’t supported, I’ve gone off geeni - was a big fan and recommended them to friends and colleagues. Not anymore.
Where did my widget go?!?! Bring it back. I’m really considering buying from someone else. I loved this app until they took my widgets away. Now I’m so angry.
Widgets on my iPhone are gone! It was the easiest way to handle the devices and what drove me to buy Geeni plugs for my entire office. Please fix it
I updated my Iphone to IOS 16 last night and now, as others have stated, Live view of cameras in Geeni app will no longer view in Landscape mode, only portrait. I went through all the Iphone tweaks and the phone is set correctly. It actually only has this problem with the Geeni app and Landscape was working just before the 16 update in IOS 15.7 and all earlier updates. It's the Geeni app that now needs an update...uninstalling everything does not help.
cameras seem great for a day then start going offline ALL the time. had to delete each device and re-add only to find it offline again next day. No workarounds. Tech support says “reset device”. FUN. Hang cameras all over. aim them just so, format cards, get settings and notifications exactly how you want. Go to bed and find out it’s all been undone. Can’t connect. Encryption channel fail. retry again. Nothing works. Go to every device hard reset and start over every day or two. Garbage!
