Something to look into
This app is definitely on the right track. It has a bunch of decent recipes but It needs a section for like vitamins and proteins. Yeah see I work a lot and theres no shakes on here that involve protein. Milk is protein yes but this is mostly fruit and veg. based. Not bad just need some more categories! I have a bunch of good shake recipes for gaining mass, being lean, or just your daily protein. If you want them (the creators of this app) just ask me! Giuseppe3240 at gmail
