Wunderbar zum entspannen
Die tolle Stimme der Sprecherin ist traumhaft entspannend! Leider lässt sich die Aufwachphase- u Abspanntext nicht ausstellen obwohl die Option wählbar ist! Die gesamte Serie Get.... Ist wunderbar zum entspannen!
Stimme angenehm, gut gesprochen aber fachlich problematisch
Den einen Stern gibt es für die wirklich angenehme Stimme, die Hypnose ist gut gesprochen. Ich habe das Programm zum Einschlafen gekauft und die ersten Durchgänge sehr bald geistig abgeschaltet. Jetzt habe ich mal tagsüber das Programm angehört und war geschockt. Die Suggestionen erhalten Negationen das ist für mich als Kommunikationstrainerin ein absolutes No Go. Das Gehirn in Hypnose arbeitet bildlich, eine Negation wird nicht mit "gehört" und das bedeutet, statt positiv zu wirken sind diese Suggestionen im besten Fall unwirksam bis hin zu kontraproduktiv. Das ist sehr ärgerlich weil damit geworben wird, das Programm sei von einem Profi und das kann ich so nicht bestätigen. Das Programm ist akustisch nett und auch entspannend- ich werde es mir definitiv nicht mehr anhören weil es negative Auswirkungen haben kann weil es schlecht geschrieben ist.
Tolle App
Ich habe mir diese App eher aus Spaß geladen, oder vielleicht Verzweiflung. Ich hätte es jedenfalls nie für möglich gehalten. Habe sie ca. 1,5 Monate immer wieder mal gehört, meist dabei eingeschlafen. Hatte nicht unbedingt das Gefühl hypnotisiert zu sein, dennoch merkte ich nach kurzer Zeit eine Veränderung in mir. Ich war entspannter, dachte positiver und der Kinderwunsch belastete mich nicht mehr so sehr. Ich warte schon ewig auf mein Wunschkind, tja was soll ich sagen, nach den 1,5 Monaten hielt ich tatsächlich einen positiven Schwangerschaftstest in den Händen. Ich denke diese App hat eine Menge dazu beigetragen!!!
Umfang
Eine wirklich entspannende App in der man sich fallen lassen kann. Ich würde mir allerdings ein wenig mehr Vielfalt wünschen. Evtl. noch ein paar Entspannungsmusiken für zwischendurch oder eine andere Hypnose als Erweiterung. Für nur einen Titel und knappe 4€ empfinde ich es recht wenig! Das habe ich leider vorher nicht gewusst.
