5k by the summer? This is perfect
Simple and great!
Folks: this thing WORKS. I used to get sore and out of breath after two minutes of running, and my previous attemps at interval training had resulted in injuries and guilt. Now I cant wait for my next 30mn run in hilly woods! This is extremely simple, no fancy stats, no macho buttons-and-dials screens, just a quiet, friendly voice (with a delightful British accent) telling you when to walk and when to run. It wont do the thinking for you if you miss a couple of sessions or if you need to take it easier, but its excellent at what it does: talking you through a progressive, beginner-friendly, guilt-free training program. (The internet links have also been quite helpful.)

Schöne App für Laufanfänger
Wollte schon lange wieder das Laufen anfangen. Diese App hat mich dazu gebracht mein Training nach zwei Jahren Pause wieder aufzunehmen. Die App bietet einen Trainingsplan für die ersten Wochen. Ein Trainingsplan für Marathonvorbereitung würde das Programm noch besser machen. Danke für eine wirklich nette App.
Fantastisches Programm
Unglaublich, an was die Entwickler da alles gedacht haben! • Optisch höchst ansprechend gestaltet, sowohl die Ansicht des kompletten Training-Plans als auch die Uhr mit den verschiedenen Etappen, die visuell auf einen Blick leicht zu erfassen sind. • Audiomäßig ebenso spitze. Eine sympathische Stimme gibt Auskunft, wann man gehen bzw. laufen soll. Währenddessen wird die Musik/Podcast ausgeblendet. Funktioniert auch im Schlafmodus. • Toller Trainingsaufbau: gut zu bewältigen und gleichzeitig sehr effizient. Fazit: Kaufen, was für die Gesundheit tun und endlich wieder fit werden und! :D
Klasse App für Leute, die mit dem Laufen anfangen wollen!
Das App hat auch mich positiv überrascht. Es dient sehr gut als Motivationshilfe. Aufstehen vom Sofa muss man immernoch selbst, aber es macht dann Spaß mit der netten Frauenstimme zu laufen. Ich vergebe schon mal 4 Sterne, obwohl man auch gut 5 vergeben kann. Ich denke das App ist noch ausbaubar. Evtl. mit einem guten Schrittzähler und Statistiken der Läufe zum Analysieren der Leistungssteigerung...
