Give 2 Charity is a free app that empowers you to convert your location throughout the day into a donation to charity. To measure your location for donation, the app will run in the background persistently measuring location.

Earn points every day that you have the Give 2 Charity app. Once you have enough points, redeem in exchange for a charitable donation to one of seven great causes. Earn bonus points and donate even more by using our social sharing program to refer friends, linking your social networks and answering survey questions. Points redemptions will be tracked and charitable donations will be made at the end of each month.
Give 2 Charity enables you to convert your location data throughout the day into a donation to charity. This requires the collection of location data via your devices location services. This location data powers survey questions about the places you visit throughout your day.
Give 2 Charity also requires demographic information to create surveys that are tailored to your age, gender, etc.
Give 2 Charity measures device data, including apps and location, for the purpose of analytics and reporting. All data collected by Panel App is stored in a secure database. Location data is pooled with data collected from thousands of users to provide meaningful insights to third parties about the population at large. Analytics and reporting are limited to aggregates of multiple users, and not available at the individual level to third parties. Opt out at any time by uninstalling the app.
Give 2 Charity measures persistent location to calculate the accrual of points, and to enable survey questions based on your location.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. We have worked hard to ensure that Give2Charity has a minimal effect on battery, but feel free to let us know if you run into issues. We are always trying to improve the experience of the app.
