GiveBlood is the official app of Canadian Blood Services. This app makes it easy for donors in Canada (excluding Quebec) to book, manage and keep track of their donations on the go. Users can locate their nearest donor centres and confirm their donation appointment with ease and efficiency.

Getting better with every update
I love the convenience of this app!
Getting better but its still buggy
I like the digital donor card idea, but yet it feels incomplete without option of adding it to the Wallet App. I still have problems updating personal info through the app and still cant turn on text notifications
Cool but needs more work
Its cool, will give 5* once Wallet support is added for the card (with donation count and blood type and bar code) and tie into Health app if possible. Also having issues updating profile. Gives error but after repeated attempts even though error was given it updated the profile nonetheless. Maybe Facebook login and sharing would be a positive add on as well.

Love the app but would be nice to be able to book an appointment for plasma donations
Worked Great!
Based on the reviews I wasnt expecting this to work very well, but I found just the opposite. I easily scheduled an appointment using my account from the website and had no problems at all. It worked great!

I wanted to give blood, but didnt know where to start. I visited the website on my mobile phone, and it directed me to the App which I downloaded quickly and easily. I created a sign in profile flawlessly. I located a clinic near me, and booked an appointment in seconds. I received an email shortly afterward saying "thank you for saving a life." I feel good about myself tonight, and I have this App to thank for it.
