Alyson eliminated gluten from her diet and found her skin cleared, she lost weight and felt more energetic and happier. However, as a self confessed dessert lover, she couldnt live without her favorites.
Instead of saying goodbye to family favorites such as brownie bites and cheesecake, she spent her nights and weekends experimenting in the kitchen creating rich, tasty desserts made of wholesome, gluten-free and real food ingredients.
Her body and taste buds thanked her and it wasn’t long before she was sharing her creations with friends and family.
Thanksgiving dinner was the real test, where her gluten-free bars were gobbled up.
