Super utilisation du Augmented Reality
Unausgereift
Dürftige und nicht auf die aktuelle Programmversion ausgerichtete Hilfefunktion. Zur Einstellung der tatsächlichen Fahnenposition wird auf einen "Recenter"-Button verwiesen, der auf dem Bildschirm jedoch nicht zu finden ist. Die Entfernung zur Fahne lässt sich somit nicht zuverlässig ermitteln. Zudem ist eine Anpassung von Bildschirmhelligkeit und -Kontrast an unterschiedliche Lichtverhältnisse offenbar nicht möglich.
Stromverbrauch
Wenn man nur bedenkt, wie lange eine Golfrunde dauert und wie lange das iPhone-Akku bei ständiger "Ortung" hält, erledigt sich schon die Überlegung, ob ein Kauf sinnvoll ist...
Interessantes Spielzeug...
...aber auf dem Platz leider unbrauchbar weil die Kompass- und GPS Genauigkeit zu unpräzise ist. Vom Stromverbrauch wegen der zusätzlich noch verwendeten Kamera mal gar nicht geredet. Ohne Zusatzakku hält mein 3GS nur 9 Löcher durch. Aber ich denke, da gibts noch Entwicklungspotential.
Hoher Nutzen, wenn richtig eingesetzt
Habe die app heute bei einem (Spaß)turnier eingesetzt und bin sehr angetan! Zum Einsatz: ich verwende die app nicht permanent über eine gesamte Runde sondern nur dort, wo z.B. beim Fairwayschlag Bunker, Wasser ins Spiel kommen oder natürlich beim Anspielen des Grüns. Daher ist der Batterieverbrauch kein Problem (ich versetze das iphone nach der Nutzung in den Ruhezustand, beim nächsten Aktivieren hat die app die Satelliten wieder in Sekundenschnelle gefunden). Dabei ist der Nutzen für mich gewaltig gut - das Einschätzen der Längen zu Hindernissen etc. wird extrem verbessert. Verbesserbar ist definitiv die Helligkeit-ich nehme an, dass durch die Verwendung der Kamera hier die Belichtungssteuerung der Kamera "eingreift", was in heller Sonne problematisch ist. Ansonsten: für mich die beste Golf-app!!

Great idea, but you cant see much when its sunny outside. Too much glare. Not worth it!
Neat Idea, but not practical
I liked the idea, but it just was not practical. In the sun its very difficult to make out course image, so your just left with a bunch of numbers on the screen. I think overlaying distances on a 2D view such as in GolfShots would be much better. Also being able to integrate this with GolfShots for keeping score (for those that have bought it) would help rather that having to switch between apps for score and distances.
