I have used many apps to help me, this one surpasses them all! I look forward to playing and am so excited that it works. I am starting to actually reject some of these self-deprecating, intrusive thoughts. Really, really happy about this app!

Love this ! A must download
Very positive
A really nice little game that makes a good break in the middle of a hectic day.
Wow!!
As a mom, and a clinical psychologist, I found this application to be very on target, fun and actually effective. I assume it needs practice to maintain efficacy, and to that end updates and new versions and treats will be necessary. Enjoy!
Very fun and helpful
Loved the idea and its fun! I can use it and would recommend it to my loved ones.
Great game!
This is a wonderful game! As a psychologist and researcher I can honestly say that this game is great! It has strong potential to effectively change the way people experience themselves in the world. To take in the positive and reject the negative. And to develop positive self-talk to enhance self esteem. I highly recommend this app!!
