The Alaska Seafood app features recipes from some of the finest Great British Chefs cooking in the UK today, such as William Drabble, Dave Watts, Anna Hansen, Adam Gray, Matt Tomkinson, Alfred Prasad and Pascal Aussignac.
You will enjoy 60 brilliant recipes, featuring the best Seafood ingredients available such as salmon, halibut, king crab and black cod. Whether smoked, pan-fried, baked, cured or even raw you are sure to find the perfect Seafood recipe for any occasion.
Extravagant creations such as ‘Alaska king crab with squid ink garganelle’ and ‘Macadamia-crusted Alaska black cod fillet with orzo and salsa verde’ sit alongside classics such as ‘Peppered Alaska salmon with rémoulade and pastis sauce’ and ‘Crusted Alaska halibut with asparagus, confit tomatoes and oyster beignet’.
