This app is referred to on the Gulf Council website. I assume they are responsible for this. If you indeed want to utilize this app to help get info to the public then fix this app. It only shows the wallpaper when opened on iPad Air.
No regs
Went fishing yesterday and "tried" to look up the regs for spotted sea trout... What a joke! Nothing there but, "none specified"... I just see me talking to the FWC and trying to explain that this app told me none specified! Oh, and I downloaded the updated regs from the settings... Dont waste your time with the app until they ACTUALLY have the regs.... Disappointed! No functionality, worthless!!!
FEDERAL Regulations for Gulf of Mexico
This app has FEDERAL Regulations not state regulations. Spotted Sea trout is not regulated by the Gulf Fisheries Management Council. Please read the description.

From a stand point of a great UI and quick information on local gulf fish (their food quality, etc) this app is awesome and I can see it being very useful.
Great app and its free very helpful and to be clear it is federal rules and regulations.
