What a joke
Please Update
Please add the feature where you can add your Harkins card and your movie tickets to Apple Wallet. Also, please add the ability to use Apple Pay. If these features are available and I can’t find them, please make the app more intuitive. If all these features were added then I think I’d buy popcorn perks, because I think I’d go to Harkins theaters more. Take notes from the AMC Theaters app, where I’m a stubs member. I generally go out of my way to go to AMC just because buying tickets and the ease of using the app is so flawless.

Stinks - fix it, not easy to filter search site and locations
C grade app
This app is a little to basic and not a better or more convenient option than other services. I tried this app after being a loyal consumer to another popular movie ticket service app that rhymes with Mandango. And the Harkins app falls short when comparing the two. The most glaring is the inability to save a ticket to Apple Wallet. Why can’t I save the ticket to Apple Wallet? That’s a basic tool nowadays. Additionally the app is slower and less refined. However it does still allow you to look up movies, choose seating when it’s available and track rewards points. I think I’m going back to the other service especially since you still get charged a service fee through Harkins but miss out on all the fine tuned comforts of a more refined app.

This use to be a wonderful app now is it totally worthless. Been missing with for a hour and still can’t fine are local theatre that is less then 15 miles away. What happened someone tried fix to a fantastic app put it back the way it was. Thank you
Frustrating
It won’t let me sign in to my awards. So I have to go online and do it. Why have the app if it is not going to let you check your awards.
Issues with checkout and rewards
Same as others when there is no checkout on the menu, if you go to a different page after selecting your seats. Also it keeps asking for my rewards info when I already submitted it. When I try to resubmit when it asks, it says the number is already on file and I am basically stuck and can’t checkout. Needs major overhaul.
